Yes, we accept custom orders!

Jewelry should not only be meaningful to the wearer but should last forever.  Every piece I create is made with the strictest attention to detail.  I love what I do and I hope it reflects in my work.  My jewelry is affordable as well as beautiful.  Quality craftsmanship shouldn't have to cost a fortune!

  is a registered trademark and your jewelry (with the exception of extremely narrow or small rings and earrings) will be stamped with my logo in addition to the karat stamp.

Shipping:

Shipping to you is free of charge.  Your package will be sent via USPS with tracking.  Your package will need a signature on arrival.

Refunds and Exchanges:

I strive for excellent customer service and I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason your jewelry is not what you expected, I am happy to refund your money within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.  The jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition and not altered in any way or worked on by another jeweler.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

My jewelry is guaranteed for life!  While I pride myself in making quality jewelry, please note that jewelry is not indestructible.  Gemstones and precious metals experience wear over time and can show signs of damage if subjected to unintended handling.  Should you require repair or re-polishing, please contact me for refurbishment or repair.  Please note that the lifetime guarantee is void of the piece is repaired by another jeweler.

Commissioned pieces are not eligible for returns.

Jewelry Cleaning:

Simple methods are the best way to clean jewelry.  Avoid chemical based jewelry cleaning solutions and remove jewelry when using household products.  A soft toothbrush and a natural, mild dish detergent works great on gemstones and metals.  A Sunshine® Polishing Cloths (included with all purchases) works nicely to restore a semi polish on precious metals.  Each cloth contains a special chemical cleansing agent and non-scratching micro-abrasive which is safe for all metals.  Please avoid stones when using the Sunshine® cloth.

Custom Commission Orders:

I look forward to working with you on your dream piece of jewelry!  If you can dream it, I can make it.  Working with 3D CAD allows me to work with customers remotely.  Commissioned pieces can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks.

Step1:  The first step in the process after initial contact is discussing the type of jewelry desired (metal, stones, ring, pendant, etc.) and your vision or story you want incorporated into your custom piece.  Once several designs are ready for your review, I ask for a $150 non-refundable deposit which will be applied to the final cost of the commissioned piece.  Designs are then sent to you for review and final approval. 

Step 2:  After the design is selected a quote will be provided along with a timeline for completion.  An initial deposit of 50% is required.  A confirmation receipt will be sent to you. 

Step 3:  Final pictures and a video of your new custom designed piece will be sent to you for final approval prior to the jewelry being shipped out.  At this time, the balance due (less the $150 deposit) is required.

Step 4:  Your jewelry will be beautifully packaged and sent to you with tracking and required signature upon delivery.

For ring sizes – please make sure you are confident of your ring size.  If you are local, please contact me for measuring.  If not, for the most accurate size, you can go to any jewelry store and ask to be measured.
