Sapphire Vine Ring

Beautiful blue sapphire (3.56mm) set in a thick (18 gauge) 18kt. gold bezel sits atop a thick lightly domed sterling silver band.  The band is hand engraved with a vine pattern and contains (4) four 2mm bead set blue sapphires.
